And people complain that Gordon was annoyed last week for a similar reason when they thought they knew better than him and didn't listen.
They are saying 1 less team member is the reason but reality is they started cooking really late compared to others

Tracey is concerned she hasnt tasted the corn with the mayo
Purple.is happy with their beef
Callum tells jess the donuts are nice and consistent
Purple is very calm and relaxed
Purple first to be tasted
Charred corn first
Andy loves that it is juicy but needs more get up and go. needs more seasoning
Porterhouse now
Jock says tasty. Beautifully cooked
Andy says packed with flavour

Melissa happy with colour, texture and flavour

yellow seems to have had more issues than the other teams in terms of flavour and portioning but who will win?
Toss up between purple and orange. I think it might be orange because they have never penalise contestants for being slow in past series.

Arriving to lots of clapping and Jock in chef whites
First time there is a 2 round set recipes pressure test. all cook round one 3 least impressive dishes go to round two
a prawn dish not a simple one... a Bunya Nut Chawanmushi and crumpets jam and honey
Andy asking if chefs at the restaurant would struggle to do this in 90mins. Jock says no
But says they will struggle particularly if they rush
jOCK takes them through the dishes prawns on the hibachi pick up the head and suck,,,, sweet and smokey Bunya Nut Chawanmushi savoury custard and the crumpet....... mmmmm
Brendan is onto his prawns he has to be so careful prepping them
Khanh reading the recipe out loud so he doesn't miss anything

poor reece cant even turn it on starts on crumpets.. he has made em before Khanh doing good too

Round 2 is Pickled kohlrabi salad and damper with roast lamb butter cooked on the coals.. mmmmmm
Cant make the kohlrabi too thin or 2 thick..if thick wont get the shape too thin cant hold its shape. barrata foam is inside to help support the structure
Lemon myrtle dressing
Lamb butter is a holandaise made with lamb fat
1hr 45 to make both dishes
And 7 minutes to finishes dishes in front of judges
Also looks good
