2.5 hours to serve
each team must do two savoury and one dessert..each dish must have a bbq element
losing team goes to pressure test tomorrow

Each team will have different proteins
Time starts now Orange has 1 less than the other teams so gets 1st pick
Orange picks prawns and lamb as their proteins


Yellow has chicken and beef
Yellow putting people on their strengths

Purple.is planning mexican style food
Tracey wants smokey tangy flavours chargrilled corn porterhouse steak
2 teams doing donuts
Yellow with pineapple and purple with mango

On orange team sarah working on salad and harry on the prawns
Lots of prawns to prep

Reece for yellow saying oh no...never good
Yellow has Chicken with smoked caspicum and herb salad
Chris going to be focusing on bbq the proteins
They need to prep 67 chickens minimun based off 6 portions per chicken... mmm that is not enough methinks... remember last week chris....

Simon Orange loves the charcoal flavours and cooking with fire..it just elevates everything
He does feel disadvantaged having 1 less person so keep it simple

Harry saying rather than trying to overcomplicate things because of what Andy said they should just nail it instead.

Jock says the smoker will make them cook slowly and turn to mush
I don't know how they are going to work.

Now 10 portions per chicken rather than 6 they must be pretty big or the portions really small

Dani is still struggling with the bananas They really just look burnt to me

Simon orange is happy with how they are working but the lamb isnt cooking still
With only 20mins to go Andy is worried

And reality just hit Simon

Simon says he is a duck, on the outside he is calm but inside he is manic
I don't think he is calm on the outside either.

And serving time starts now
