275 gms of flour to make the pasta add s alt and season flour into bowl 2 whole eggs a nd 3 egg yolks teaspn saffron into yolks touch of olive oil into yolks and lightly whisk...add to flour in t he food processor..... should be nice and doughy

poor michelle has to try and keep up and of course she can't not fair really... she should be able to have a sub.. she needs to start again as she has bled into it.... I really think this is unfair

Gordon has a lovely bit of fish a nd is gonna puree it in the food processor........... oh god......... now marron out of fridge into a bowl...now he messes w ith herbs... and lemon.... add the mousse to the marron blend it..Ben's isn't sticking together...

he cuts out piece and then puts marron onto it.... a bit of butter i think then he shows em how to put em together and i am not even gonna try and explain
cooks spinach for 30secs... gordon does what hub does... sort of throws em into the broth and spins the saucepan...... so it doesn't stick ( all the time I thought he made that up)

mmmmmm now t he claws into w ate for 30 secs... oh no Michelle forgot to take the meat from the shell

fruit and vegies they must choose the same and pantry and garden

sashi duck and vegies in curry...naturally what else does he ever cook

Samira pilaf quail etc.. gordon says priotise

they know what gordon is doing when he hovers and talks.. they ignore him

now the lady wanted fruit too.. but is using potatoe as cream.. hey dont ask me he sees the fruit and takes it from her.. none at all

gordon shows samira a new way of boning the quail

mmmm a lovely roast sirloin.... mushies yorkshire pud... gordon tries to stir it up.... but it sounds nice to me

oh no sashi is deconstructing the curry.... cooks the vegies in duxk fat.. mmmmmm
gordon says season and score the fat...and he shows him how...

reece makes up a mousse and will then wrap t he cucumber shavings around it hmmm

gordon tells reece not gonna work you need to get those seeds out o the cucumber... or it will be too wet

try as he might to push the contestents he is totally gob smacked over what Jo is dong.. he keeps saying now if this doesn't work and she laughs at him

he even tells sashi to use a different dish so it looks better

reece is panicing about plating up....

the usual mania too much of this.. too long in the oven and so on

the roast where are the vegies ah mushies and leeks they feel that gordon got to whoever it is

next the dessert looks lovely
tomato and shellfish tomato is a fruit

they try the shellfish first....cravat says there is a sense of a fishmarket which spils it and the broth is not favoured

now the dessert.....it looks absolutely gorgeous tastes it too apparently
