apparently is a dish like meat fish whatever cooked in a vinegar
he looks to the pears and adds them to the vinegar to add depth.. with coriander very green looking

reece seems very happy... he decides to add a junper and meringue chard to his tart.. going modern

15 mins t o go

brendan is stressed out...
tessa is doing well... it looks gorgeous andy is staring at it.. like a lost puppy she turn to the sauce

mel talks to reece.... oh I wish she would go away she says what more could a girl ask for?

10 mins to go

gantry yell to brendan on the heat....

callum likes the flavour of the sauce but it is splitting...gonna have to restart.. the old way whisk in a bowl over a stick blender and it is working

Jock said bet you all want more time 5 to go
brendan needs them to steam.... people yell at him breathe. he has to do lace too... but will it work? he hopes for the best.... start browning he pleads

Reece has tart on the plate trying to make it look pretty

Tessa loss track of time and starts to plate..she spent so much time on her sauce

Callum's dish looks lovely
brendan has something on the plate...not sure if balanced

it looks nice

andy and mel seem to like it. andy loves the mussels and he has made the vinegar well and has given it a great boost Jock not so much...not balanced a bit too sweet...

now Tessa

Andy licks his lips
JOck gives her a bit of a death stare
oh shut up mel.... no one wants to talk to you...... tessa says she is happy with the dish

Jock said seak too well done brilliant job on the vegies
mel didnt like most of it..
Andy said had she just concentrated on the beef it would have been better

mel starts snarking at it no dried chillies.. shut up
ah double lace though
not the best he has made she said underseasoned

Andy enjoyed the sauce
Jock is proud of what he did considering the elements he didint have. it was just rushed
