there is a new super prize better than immunity up for grabs

I see dates macademia nuts porcini mushrooms miso ginger blackberries

rules anything you want .. dish must include your ingredient pantry is open garden is available

omg jess wants to make a dessert with mushrooms.. what a terrible waste of mushrooms

thanh lamb with blackberry jus
kristin some sort of fish with macademia crumb
chloes is doing dates and duck

Bn h as the judges flummoxed. he has peas and he selected prawns... he talks a soup.. perhaps he means a soup he says celery and peas and prawns in a cold soup.... lord have mercy!!!!

lord above jess porcini caramel mousse! and gnocchi crisp am i hearing this correctly

Chloe is worried that the duck is gonna let her down.. cooked beautifully but not rested and blood flows...

Kristin is up first looks good salmon creme fraiche beetroot and a few others stuff roasted on crispbread

Ben and the prawns it looks all right but it looks like a prawn dish... that has peas scattered around...Gutzy says raw prawns are good on a couch Gary says it is not a good dish at all cravat is unimpressed too

thanh .. they comment on the consistency well done... dish looks good.. gary s ays lamb is delicious carrots a nd puree is great cravat enjoyed it

sashi barramundi... ginger was his thing they w inge about the banana leaf... where is it?
But they enjoy it

Chloe they note the blood running into the puree.... but how does it eat... gary said really pink on the outside.. but it is over rested on the inside.. what the hell? Cravat still enjoyed it

Samira roast chook with miso and they love it.. blah I really hate miso

Reece.....smoked vanilla ice cream with plums meringue ... mmmm they are keen and they love it when they eat it......

Jess... they love the look of it.... oh look at that when they cut the mousse open...
they cannot believe she has never used porcini before..... cravat raves.... gutzy it has genus all over it.. gary caramel and porcini is ridiculos but it is amazng.. ah young minds

three everyday ingredients oil salt and pepper
bring us a dish with one of these in a significant way salt bake confit for eg
garden and pantry are in

kristin olive oil ice cream lemon mousse lemon syrup
samira pepper pepper crusted eye fillet parsnip puree
Chloe confit salmon.. she likes confiting

sashi duck sambal beans oil...gary ques him.. thought pepper would be the go.... sashi explains about oil and sambal... whatever....

reece is pureeing pepper for a dessert...............there are strawberries invloved...... beats me but gutzy is keen

Khan salt baked lamb gary hovers.... salt mix smells good he says.... will be served with yoghurt and stuff
