jess is up first..pepper... pork wontons with szechuan oil... they are really enjoying it... but I am not into the spicy sauce!!!

chloes confit salmon and a tomato tea... mmmmm loving it.. the tomato works well too

thanh crusted oven backed red emporor I think he said fondant spuds again and he is adding mussells and pipis...... fish and chips with a broth//// perhaps fish stew????

I just told hub tomorrow I am cooking steak and three veg.... he laughs broccoli corn and spuds.. then there will be some sour cream in there too.. ha ha he knows me so well.

Thanh is fryong and baking fish in case the oven one is no good

now Sashi....it looks bit more like it... but it aint the stuff you could sit on the beach and tear the packet open and eat!!! they also love this dish too!!! it is much closer to what we call fish and chips they say

jess is up... she is nervous... the eat and like it for the most part and encourage here

Chloe is up.. looks nice and they really enjoy it and they love all the texture
