jess hers looks good and they are very encouraging....... so they taste it never tasted anything like it before says gutzy,,,do I like it? cravat it is out t here not sweet but it is clever and challenging

Jess gets the molecular box.... it is steaming... certainly enough to do a dessert,,,she apparently loves Heston

Sashi says his dish has no flavour.... gary said it is a bit dirty.. it is the sort of dish Sashi is worried and needs to come out with something quickly.... he tries to infuse oil with thyme

Khanh is happy.... cravat said he loves beetroot and strawberries.. how wierd can you be? he has reduced beetroot and puts it in chantilly cream... vile apparently it is a bridging dish you eat it between main and dessert.. good lord

khanh is first u Beets and Berries.. looks really good.. seriously it is a dessert.. this bridge nonsense is too silly for words
they eat gary said great flavours... mmm and yummy cravat agrees,,, he says the black pepper ties it all together... Gutzy loves the crumb

Jess next blah some sort of cherry crap.... they love it... now they eat it...they love it and praise it highly.

Sashi who is unhappy with his dish...silver dory silver beet. no sauce he tells Gary... Gary agrees it wasnt nice bette left off. they eat it and enjoy the dish

Chloe... roasted quail with miniature vegies.. very nicely cooked says Gary.. cravat says it is so delicious. Gary said it is a beautiful dish a nd all the ingredients were respected

Ben... Burn box..... pork plate w ith sauce... .. and they go fo it making a terrible mess and loving it. Gary said they are better than professionally cooked ribs.. beautifully tender and full of char and flavour

cravat hovers over chloe,,,mmmm is that a moss.... if you say moss it has to look like moss...you need this sort of texture. he leaves and Ben encourages her,,,she tries a micro sponge. ( this goes way over my head)

I listen to cravat rave about pork and khn says my crackling is gonna be a crumb.. cravat says not a good idea... you will lose the crunch... khan is a bit stressed

Chloe is up first looks good and it tastes good says Gary.... really good chocolate mousse Gutzy praises it as well and cravat agrees

Jess to me it looks awful they like it and they start eating... cravat says very sweet.. gutzy agrees too sweet Gary said nice but not quite a negroni

Sashi...some sort of payasim sashi syle..very different from how it is normally served..... so they taste it..cravat says very intense.... cake is too dry they all agree

now Khanh it looks ludicrous. gary asks how can you make a dessert with crackling cravat says well you dont have to eat it!! but it all works when they eat it Gutzy says it is a statement.... i love it
