Nushie is up first...well it is not my sort of food but it looks okay.... very pretty..... I detest figs and blue cheese so it wouldnt work for me!!!
Gary likes it textural and crunchy and flavours are great. Cravat agrees ..great combinations....delicious


Tessa next......not sure about the sorbey fejoa or something tart looks wonderful... they think so too.. they eat it..... a lot of wows.. delicious light and fresh they all agree

Christina...... almond steamed pudding fresh fig and almond icecream...
they like it and they like the different ways she used the almonds... Gary said a bit too much needs a bit of refinement

Nicole honey thyme parfait twill....... gary said lovely texture and different notes of honey... he starts waffling....... cravat is raving too...I think this is a hit...

Anushka, Tessa and Tim are Yellow
Larissa, Christina and Simon are the Green
3 course menu for 25 diners per team, 50 in total
Local ingredients in the pantry ad they can use the forrest as well

Celebrate the forrest in the dishes
2.5hrs before 1st course must be served
Team who wins will go to finals and join Nicole

Losing team, one will go home in tomorrows elimination
