disaster in the blue dessert it keeps splitting come on Kristin what are you doing gary says you need to change it.. and the crumb is burned as well they start straining the barley an some is okay

kirstin third attempt at mousse.... in freezer looks like it is going to split she adds cream and milk and it saves it

okay blue dessert goes to judges it looks pretty they think she asks is this the cheesecake yeah not what we were expecting but they all like it... not cloying or over the top.. just all balanced

now red team...a similar looking dessert. cresent moons must be in vogue I guess

out it goes to judges...... they do not look impressed.... not sure why...... they are quite rude about it..messy and boring..... gutz says in afl terms fumbling the ball they eat and dont appear to like it..... gutz likes the sorbet.. the uinoa stuffed it all up says gaz a shame cos the panna was so nice

are those pork trotters right.. gaz is worried about the meat close to the bone...she might be abled to get some cooked pieces to serve

dim sum has turned into prawns... mmmm sounds better to me

anyway failed dim sum comes prawns is up....looks lovely.... and it tastes beautiful I am assured!

thrice cooked baked cheesecake looks goo... oh yes they love it

flavour is okay but are so heavy.. like bullets not hopeful

Aldo is a hoot made a pannacotta garden... and it has a thai influence.. f course they like it
oh yum fried chook with mash and i am starving

white choc mousse with strawberries... ice cream

macha cheescake with chantilly cream.. good lord.....it is green............. cheescake is not green like the flavour.. but the sponge is a fail

oh god pork trotter salad... not so good
