Pistachio crusted lamb with confi fenal and a salad
Simon says the pistachio fenel salad was the only change and addition
Nigella says it looks divine
George says its all about pistachio, lamb is cooked beautifully.

Pistachio ice cream with pistachio praline and pomegranite rosewater couli

Nigella was looking forward to this dish Nigella likes the dish. ice cream is wonderul. she wants more but other than that she is really impressed really highlights the pistachio in every way

green team next Abbey is disappointed.. she feels she let Nigella down
Middle eastern delight. orange and rosewater salad, pistachio praline, Gary says so that is the only pistachio
Nigella doesnt understand why when Pistachio was the ingredient that Abbey's initiative was a vanilla bean ice cream
Nigella thinks there is an issue with the praine, no crunch. you didnt want to take responsibility. you didnt breathe and think

gary pretty average ice cream is eggy, its an orange and vanilla dessert with a sprinkle of pistachios
gutzy it aint looking good
for 75mins and 5 of you it is a disappointment

well tonight is roast chook night
apparently Nigella prefers mash to roast spuds.. so do I... never really got into roast spuds

right now everyone seems happy.... they know the idea is keep it beautiful and lush.. everything from legs to wings have to be done properly
they have to stuff tarragon butter under the skin... not mad on tarragon myself

Monica good at following recipes but is unsure about side dishes.. there is no recipe for them

larissa is w ay b ehind... doesnt cook chooks apparently.. she is tryng to stuff the skin

hmmmm well if it were me...... you have to have baked pumpkin and onion, mash and lots of gravy ( hub collapses ,,, okay I make gravy from a packet.. but it tastes good)

they fuss over larissa.... and tell her they are anxious.. dear Anushka keeps saying nice stuff to encourage her

everyone but larissa seem okay
they have secret recipes.... duck fat of course....... they all do it a bit differently... some smash up the spuds first..... duck fat must be super hot

Larissa not doing spuds.. she doesnt want t o cook anything she doesnt like eating

Monica is getting flavour into the chook bones..... seems she has added a lot of stock.... not looking good.
