Mel likes American she wants cheeseburger and fries

Brendan hates that he is cooking againt Reece he is doing prawns and potato
he is making some sort of prawn parcel that he has had before in Spanish restaurants.

I think her dish hits the brief more than an apple pie. He should have stuck with pumpkin. says someone.. geez I dunno there is lots of apple pies in the US...especially in the early settled ones

He cooked the same dish last night for dinner for Brendan and Reece
I love how he said if he doesn't get through it is Brendan's fault.

Judges in awe at his sugar work Jock s aid I dont have the patience to do that sort of work

Andy says cant help.but be amazed at the dish

Sarah T is also ginger & lemongrass. I hear green mango salad lemongrass and ginger caramel with prawns
Brandon using ginger and lemongrass too andy talks vietanmese rice rolls pork lemon grass.. he is pretty confident cos he does it all the time

Callum just trying to meet the brief apple and cinnamon cake and caramel

Jock questioning if his star is the beef or the pairing sausages skewers on the hibachi and beetroot ketchup.. make sure they sing

Sarah c happy mangos a bit soft for perfection she says

Tessa is nervous now sashimi lemongrass and ginger granita cucumber and radish.. mel asks her how she coped with losing.. oh i am just doing my best to use the pressure to my advantage

Sarah with red hair doing beef tartare with beetroot and horseradish... mmmm looks nice enough... but of course mel makes her feel bad by saying that people have failed with tartare....
It freaks her a bit.. but she perseveres
gary was master at doing that
she wants to do a dish which the judges enjoy who can taste the flavours

Tessa is confident as s he talks to Jock.. explains her dish well and how she is using the avocado and how it balances

Sarahs yolk breaks as she put it on the tartar Nothing she can do.. she is sad as she thinks it will send her home

They are worried it is more a beef dish
Beef is overcooked
He is gone. The only thing that might save him is Sarah's egg breaking and if the tartare hasn't worked properly.

Laura did pasta and they love her pasta..the sugo in itself is heaven
I would like to see her push herself out of that comfort zone

mel said it has the acidity but is lacking the luxurious taste
