Rule number one about ribs: Boil them first then barbecue them. Boiling them first will make them easier to get the meat off when eating. In the pot, put water in it and the ribs. Heat until the water boils for a few minutes, then barbecue them.

If not barbecued, throw them away as they are crap. Yes, when barbecuing them, put lots of sauce on them to the point that the sauce is still dripping when removing the ribs after they are done.

Beef ribs are the best. Pork doesn't cut it.
