entre Lobster and Herb tortellini with burned butter sauce.. yum!!!

so to the kitchen. they are all dressed up.... I hope they don't make a mess

he does the lobster and now starts on the pasta.. he really loves making pasta.. his mum taught him.. he said his mum only rested it for five mins as she was always on the go!


he makes a bit of a mess as he cooks and she says put the mess over there okay, I am constantly cleaning up after you.. he doesnt seem to mind!

He partially cook the lobster in the broth... the rest will cook in the tortellini.. all this makes sense to me. he chops up the lobster tails... small chunks so it wont go to mush. now he rolls the tortellini,, makes it look so easy! ( I tried making pasta once.. poor hub was cleaning for ages)

guests are welcomed and are taken downstairs to a gorgeous room with a wonderful view.... ( Noosa is one of my favourite places in the world... of course when knew it it was a surfie town, it had a caravan park.. and about the only place to eat was the pub, ah those were the days!!!)
