and then disaster strikes... they have run out of gas.. a total engine failure fortunately they can ring a friend who can get the gas... they are using bottles.. i am surprised I though it would be connected. Friend turns up and disaster is averted

However the delay has cost them..... but they are organised... they have several pots of the tortllini on the go...some cooking some keeping warm

now that rabbit... will the gas hitch stuff up the dish
she checks it.. hard to do cos of uneven sizes
gas still a bit iffy... burners turning themselves off... she is getting worried

smelling the rabbit mmmm but the gas still goes on and off andnow the prunes are unpitted.. oh dear...Manu asks questions about it..... he seems concerned which makes it worse

Pete it is perfect except the rabbit is nearly inedible.. too tough... the rest is amaing but i would not attempt to do a whole rabbit for thi many people like this

I like cardamom. It can easily overpower a dish so you have to tread carefully, but powdered? Frocky runs away like Jim Carey in Liar Liar with his ears covered and blubbering...

so the syrup thickens pour it on slowly let it seep through to the cake
