todays challenge cook a beautiful piece of salmon.... it must be pink however you do it

deb cooks salmon a lot but is scared of the stove now so decides to ceviche it in lime juice.. she gets Issy to squeeze the limes for her.. he obliges

Gaz is treating it like chook..... the way he likes.. Marco does not agree.......gaz is pissed you didint say to cook it how you like it....

Marco says that sam is using a high risk strategy

Issy still has no idea what he is doing.... eg he is going to marinade without drenching it ..lol

marco scares the hell out of Issy by watching. he is hopeless but so nice.. he offers Deb help .. he doesn't know about ceviche... Marco calls it clever

then he takes the pith off and cuts some wedges.. sprinkles wedges and capers and zest over it and some herbs......

right Marco asks pettit how she is and she says well and I am looking forward to working with you.. he says hmmmmm.. he tells her t o make her fingers work as fast as her lips.

sam hassles David about him being a sex symbol.. he just answers her in his usual monotone she says this is not being a sex symbol.. he then says have you got a man in your life she gets all flustered and says no I am not hitting on you..... he said w e will have to find you a young upwardly mobile young man who is not a love rat... hilarious

we are off to the fish markets apparently Marco has a thing about fish markets

someone says it smells like willy's armpits
deb says she loves the smells it is refreshing

He shows them how to prep seafood

Marco and his knife make s hort work
oh my marron twist t he head and pull ...so much easier
then crab... fascinating.... she shows how to crack the shell with the heel of the knife.. break don't shatter

so gaz wants out but Deb says man up Willy calls him a sissy so he says okay.... he will do the marron

Deb starts on prawns David too..... quality and quantity Marco says
Sam and willy on the oysters... damn hard work..Sam seems to be doing better than Willy

Marco teaches her how to do it then David says to petit open wide and he puts the prawn cocktail in. she said the whole thing was gross.. I think she meant David not the cocktail

some of the girls are a bit snarky about h er ...saying she is eying off the businessmen

and then a stupid looking woman approaches the pass. Asian woman..... saying it was frozen.... David knows it is rubbish... Marco tells her to stop making a fool of herself and she keeps telling him to taste it.... ( bet it is staged) he gives her short shrift and she storms off... Jess and Sam try it and rave over it....
now gaz is angry with Issy who can't manage to cut a piece of lamb.... it is hilarious to watch

finally Marco roars back in and takes over... David is lost..finally Marco sorts it

linc's mum appears and says you must beat willy do not let him win... dad said you can't come home if you do.... the expression on willy's face is priceless

the Willy teases Issy who is chatting to a girl and Deb tells him to stop... leave him alone... hilarious...all sorts of silliness ensue they insist he gives her a kiss
