so the first challenge is two of them have to make a sandwich,,,,dad Italian cannot be told as usual and he and the other boy take it on... judges are stunned i am too Rosa is flabbergasted as she explains they just took over, I wanted mum to be doing it..... frank is blathering on and trying not to show that rosa is right

Con an his mum are doing it. Con feels that t hey can win greek parents are happy with this

ha the greeks have secret herbs a nd spices from Cyprus.... called chino... like the juniper berry.. Dad greeyk grows them at home

rosa keeps telling dad not too much rocket it is bitter... he keeps s aying shush and she says don't shush me we are a family a team you need to listen so dad stuffs somethign in his ears...

son asks mum all the time and she keeps nodding and smiling..... smart boy

so judges they definately put their culture on the plate
greeks first...... seems to be well received..pork is moist and tender anna would have liked some chargrilled veg on it

so now Italians.... two sandwiches..what to do asks matt? Ana said it would have been better t o do one the Italians chose t he baguette ( dumb)... it is not cooking it is food assembly.. far out it is a sandwich.. that was the brief.. but they insist that Rosa knew it wasn't up to scratch
