Piedro is a Spanish sherry. You can pay anything from $12 a bottle up to $60ish or higher if it's a special edition from a winery. We have a tasty one stored under the stairs from a winery in the Swan Valley. I use a $12 bottle from Dan Murphys in cooking.

Rouls needs to get over herself. I've got news for her, she ain't that pretty and has the personality of a boa constrictor.

Panna cotta very easy to make, very delicious and not slimy. If you like a brûlée or a creme caramel, I'm sure you'd like it.
