How about a nice hearty Pie and veges

waussies going for chilli chook... pass on that for me they are actually doing roast chilli thighs with Panzanella Salad and Herb cream
truffles lamb rump with cauliflower two ways...
vulgies russian scotch egg with vegetable and lentil stir fry on side
they feel very confident... but they are chopping up the egg instead of encasing it whole in mince

sooks we always cook on a budget Vietnamese chicken ragu using thighs.. well I dunno if thighs are that cheap.....

oh damn what did we call.. that is right the miami blues are now the manic depressives...what are they gonna do

Nosh standing around making comments... I am not taking much notice of them..it seems just about every dish is italian

md are doing something with poormans parmesan ah crispy salmon with poor mans parmesan fry off bread make a crumb and flavour it with tarragon and other stuff....

vulgies think that sooks are making way too much sauce.. their problem not outs and a stupid laugh

Manu keen to try sooks food omg sooks are saying chook pieces have broken into bitzes ha ha

em screams about the salmon and whines ad infinitum he is much slower and she starts getting pans for him he fartasses and she fusses

truffles doing fine they think but Nosh feels they have overdone the simplicity thing

em whines about the salmon again... she argues over the time to cook.. so much chaos when it comes to plating and she is really going off...finally in t he oven a nd she puts the timer on

Ale thinks the salmon is overcooked... so do I but I like mine raw.... she says too long in oven 4 mins w ill do she insists he cuts it open.. and now it is raw.... sheesh salmon is so easy to cook,, yes hub lets me cook salmon and he eats it

some nice dishes coming together
md are still arguing.....
I am blocking out md for now it is too exhausting hearing her scream
truffles so happy and time is up and oh no they forgot the sauce.......... what a shame

oh god em is still slap her slap her hard.. she is hysterical.... the girl needs meds the way she carries on

vulgies pm eat Manu asks any concerns no we are happy

md oh god s teak a nd chips... royalty style I heard truffle... he has only used oil not the truffle itself

em said that waussies might be confused because they dont use those ingredients.........hmmm

md wagyu stak with mushroom wagyu duck fat Kipflers and white truffle

waussies seared tuna with radiccio and fennel salad and black olive salad.... they are trying to fry carrots........ what on earth for????

Henry and nna discuss cooking mushies and the effect truffles have
Colin criticises md chips.. em won't listen
Colin sniffs the truffle so special he says

waussies have beautiful tuna now too sure how to cut it.. measure twice cut it once..hub looks at it longingly.... she is scared

then she has a go and it looks okay to me so does their sald dressing. the blender is another matter...... there are pips in the olives they realise..... oh dear they remove pits and then start again

dunno about you but wagyu leaves me cold.. give me the big slab of fat on the outside.... judges think it might be overcooked em panics over the chips now

colin makes jokes about em and her explosions..... he does a count down and says lets get popcorn.. Alex is losing it around her.....

time is up Judges try the food.. they love both.. oh dear
