oh dear he doesn't want to leave bisque to do fish but Jo said she watched him do it... we will see
sashi and thanh getting on with the pork.. wiping it dry and scoring and salting.... trouble is will the pork render in time?

nona suggest I can make it spaghetti a light chilli and garlic sauce a grilled prawn ,,, mmmm just start peeling prawns... Nona takes over for this dish

food goes to gutzes.. looks fantastic... gutzy said red so far ahead while red waiting but cravat said if they made tortellini we would be still waiting. they eat it and love it

red onto main... mmmm the pork looks good.... gordon is still whining.... the portion is too massive.... and the fat is still there.....so t hey have to cut it out and it will hold up service
Gordon gets blue on salmon.. all hands on deck so they start pinboning and so on
red team a bit slow now.... they are getting it done... crackling looks good...
Kristin on the salmon.... making sure not to overcrowd the pan... she doesn't know what is being served with it she asks Chloe who said to Kristin what do you think? Gordon husltes them and then I hear orange segments in the salad.. sounds nice
now the pork for t he red team is going out quickly
Judges get it.. it is chewy... cooked too hot and not for long enough said gaz,,,, gutzy it is a let down for me.. gaz agrees the pork is a let down
