wow says Gaz cravat it looks absolutely beautiful gutzy serves it up and he said how nice it is to plate up food like this..... they love it cravat says the two elements prawns and fennel just sing...... gaz so simple and so delicious.. love it love it

so here we are in the middle of nowhere
some are heading off into the wild blue yonder... some dont know what that means a helicopter arrives

put your hand in and pull out a colour red and blue you rereate dishes from a good regional restaurant.. somewhere in dunkeld now only capn and vice capn go.. and watch how it is done.. and then come back and recreate them here.. for 30 people...chooose carefully.. photographic memories are good!!!!

the dessert is some sort of mousse and apricots toasted oats uffed grains.. oh crap sorry folks but it is too cold here to get excited and keen about food I don't like much
