Jess thai beef salad.. they all agree it good it looks
and it seems to eat very well. but Curtis thinks differently.. the flavours are not there

so the verdict
sarah you are safe
chloe is safe ( ridiculous)
jess your dish was not balance
Brendan rare good blue not so.............. brendan gets the boot

now that is what I call dumb.. It could be e aten.. I would have eaten it

all r ight we are in Adelaide. a chance for an immunity pin. I am sorry I refuse to cover it cos two dishes are of kangaroo.... I will cover the markets

right so they are going to create a night market in teams of two

draw for partners...

two dishes savoury and sweet... make 100 dishes 5.00 for dessert and main later..... two prizes most delicious food and most money. the least delicious go to elim

jenny has it right a simple tasty dish that can be done in time

others like chloe are in dream world with their plans

of course sashi is doing a chook curry and he is with the dessert guy.... donuts with indian flavours rosewater not curry!!!

omg has sa'shi got enough food 10 kgs of chook cravat doubts it

chloe and Genene just don't get it right... the nectarine dessert can't go in the oven cos the pork is there

will t he kofta be too dry
cravat approves of the production process!

no one can spell Meditterranean.. not even sure if that is right

some teams are sailing and others.......shrugs

is the kofta overcooked? oh dear.....

so he usual yelling at people come eat ours ..

I woudn't go near the Indian cos I have never been that fond of it...

gutzes have the Indian.... Gary said gonna get more if he can... loves it
a diner had both and she loved it. Judges not so keen on the donuts

samira and jenny lamb and cheesecake gutzes loving the lamb..cravat tells the crowd go there. now the cheesecakes gutzes love the taste smart food smartly cooked

Genene and Chlo pork sliders
and strawberries and cream
gutzy doesn't like the slider. cravat said it should be toasted.... they eat and they are not impressed.. it really had to be toasted. gary said no flavour
the strawbs and cream look amazing and they taste great too sorta dessert I love simple, always reliable

cravat was right curry is running out
and that is it.. what can they do?

Kristin is so happy with lamb
what do guts think mmmmmmm

fried chook and doughnuts..... losing track of who made it all

Ben and hooda... no one is interested in their food... kofta balls with villiage salad.. cravat they are tough Gutze salad is not exciting

now the dessert. custard and kuli.. good base but needs something crunchy
gary really disappointed in both dishes
mmm they change to nutella pizza... I swear to god that is the most disgusting thing ever, hub made it once for the nieces bday... the kids loved it...........

teams with no queues begging f or customers.....

now this pressure is a toughie unless you are one of those dessert and um geometrical figures experts....... it looks bloody impossible

you should google the recipes if you want to see it.. it is this nutty building called the cube.... now I get the dessert it is called a lemon meringue pie but looks like a space age building..... some find it beautiful and i think it is nuts

he goes through lemon curd parfait balls and curd fennel balls meringue sheet caramelised white chocolate...... apparently there is a three d printer involved.. this is madness... imagine fennel in lemon meringue yuck and to finish a ginger snow..............

now they have to replicate it in three hours. 10 mins to plate up at end... go for it.

these sort of challenges really piss me off....... they are not fair and give dessert lovers an advantage. Of course those who are technically minded may not fare so badly
