it must be perfect before it goes into three d printer or it won't work.... bloody h ell it is working..... it is amazing good one Ben

Genene is in trouble with t he stupid caramelised white choc... that is the stuff that goes in the printer.. she is freaking out now... poor bugger they suggest she remake it but no ingredients gary says it needs to be thickened and she adds the gelatine.. and into the printer and it works

I just can't get into this dessert... I loved them making that one of Zumbos that tower... forgotten the name and even though I thought it was a ghastly dessert that one of Peters the snow egg

so far people are okay.. next disaster is sure to be close
Genene is pressured.. is it her?
omg hoodo pours the coconut mixture onto a wooden board... I think it is gonna be a mess... now brendan said are you sure you followed the recipe .. she is and then he finds something that should have gone it

feullitine whatever that is looks like bread crumbs to me...... can she make another one............. no... she will try and make the others perfect

Ben is doing well says Gutzy........ fennel in a dessert.. go figure omg into t he liquid nitrogen looks like peas now

Chloes are not working at all.... she has never done it before... gutzy says dont throw it in like that

time is closing... genene is on the snow...
Ben pours his into t he nitro and uses a slotted spoon to crush it up and then into a blender.... His is okay how is Genene... not as fine as Brendans .. now into freezer.. what a waste of time for a dessert

Time is up....
Genene has missed the fennel flowers or the candied chopped ginger
Chloe left her fennel shots on the bench instead of the freezer

Ben is up first.. oh wait no he is putting it together because he is the only one with them all..
now he is at Judges sprinkles the ginger snow and that is that
Brendan the chef who designed it is satisfied.... okay how does it eat?
lovely apparently Brendan is really impressed.... excellent

Genene plates.. there are missing elements she has snow balls not snow.. he is very impressed with it. the main problem is the stuff that is missing softened the sweetness of the dessert.. all the judges agree it mssses the savoury hints

her balls are not frozen but she is using them anyway to balance the flavours
by t he look of it it s a good thing she did
they taste gary loves it gutzy calls it bright and refreshing Brendan says all the elements on their own are excellent


Now Hooda... she hopes her missing elements will not send her home
she snows and then they get t o eat
the rochette is not quite right and it might not be crispy enough says cravat
they eat.. Brendan says the caramelised white choc is great..... but it is a bit coconutty suits me... it seems to me cravat thinks it is his dish he wont shut up

now Chloe and ben are safe

who isn't... I fear genene
and yes it is her.......... alas

now it is the ultimate culinary cloche test...... pick one, name it correctly and you are in.... hell what if they all get it wrong straight off

Reece picks 26 oh they have to guess what it is.. looks like soil but it is some sort of blossom he says.. he says fennel.... yes

thanh fish sauce.. yes

Simara green stuff.. and I know it but can't think of it...... hub goes um um um... and I go pigface and I win.. and she is out

beautiful produce...... every course must include table grapes...3 courses

elim for the least impressive

khanh is red team capn
Reece is the blue team capn
Kristin is doing dessert for blue..Reece loves it

and khanh talks so fast i cant get what they are doing.. fill you in later

oh dear it is raining on the stoves... they are in outdoor kitchens
Samira is in love with beetroot... lord above there are masses of it Reece opens win an a few smell it for a salad apparently

Aldo is doing some sort of gnocchi on red
they like the grapes.. me I dunno I like it as wine or as fresh

main n blue is pork belly and fennel and grapes..... yuck..hurry up and get it in ... it is risky but Reece says irresistable

red main eye fillet steak vegies and grapes in the jus . Ben making the jus..... mmmmm aiming for hearty and delicious.

blue sarah warns samira do not open the pork it needs all the heat it can get... oh no the ovens are not hot.. oh dear...... they are not on.........looks like someone knocked it by mistake

so........... an hour into cook and nothing done......... what to do asks gutzy.... make a decision.....is there any other pork? yes there is pork fillet..... brown them ...they can dry out..... Sarah seems to have this...

omg look at that eye fillet... oh I know they will over cook it hub laughs at t hat

gutzy checks on blue team. seems to be doing okay ... after browning it goes into the oven...still got that disgusting fennel...

red team entre.. is the calamari charred enough... it needs to be or the dish will be too sweet. Gutzy takes over and shows Lisa how to slice more quickly

and service starts now yells gutzy
