now thanh is doing cinnamon ice cream too...

chloe is doing something with marzipan
samira has gone bananas!!!
they discuss lamingtons.. boring.. never got into them cos I am not really into sponges

chef looks at what hooda is doing... and is not happy...... gutzy warns her take care
she sticks to it... she is not wanting a sponge. but as we visit Brendan who seems in a world of nutso to me... we swing back to Hooda.. it is not going well... too much cinnamon she makes an orange zest to offer relief

Samira seems to be fine and chef is pleased cravat likes the taste

ben's jam is way too runny...back on t he heat to see if that will work with some gelatin

thanh is happy too

ben pours the jam and whoopsie the white choc has set again in a really thick way

so they liked Brandons, didnt like hoodas liked thanha

samiras banana thingy is acceptable

chloe marzipan flourless choc cake I think it was pretty well liked

Ben and the ghasty white ( non-choc) lamington.. they eat it... and are not impressed with it as a whole.. gutzy liked the sponge

so someone has to go.............

Ben or Hooda it seems... Hoooda is going... unrelenting sweetness of the cinnamon

no protein vegies gin olive oil lemons.... this might be fun

i am over people trying to make desserts from vegies

kristin has made a larb doing a pesto and is pouring that gin like mad

first up is Samira it looks really good.. one of those breakkies you have when you make a thing of it of course I would have bacon and sausages
judges are enjoying it

Next is Khanh looks like a pack of poo tickets... textures of kalettes he calls it they think it looks good.. hub said even I can present better than that!!!! shows you what he knows huh?...they love it

I see alot of lovely seafood with Brandon and then I hear fennel........... blah

the gutzes adore it and shovel it disgracefully into t heir mouth!!!

Reece a nice looking duck breast dish and they like it

Sashi oh god some Indian thing that doesnt look in the least appealing to me but they like it

Jess oh god red emporer with sambol....... why do they have to ruin good food!!!
they lie it of course

Sarah has come up with a nice looking dish but they are not impressed with the taste..the sorbet let it down

/Ben has a nice looking prawn dish and they love it too

samira pumpkin pilaf and there is chook as well...loved it
Kristin spiced poached pears ginger mousses

gary decides he likes it.. he isn;t into poached pears he calls it rock and roll and the others agree

chloe cheescake.... gary is not keen on it...too heavy gutzy agrees..the idea is marvellous just didn't work cravat it sticks to the roof of you mouth

right so what is the classic dish butter chicken Chloe and sarah look impressed.. jess is not keen on cooking it

so off they go... there is sure to be a disaster or three along the way
chloe skins it carefully.. or the fat could ignite the coals

Sarah is behind the others... she thought she would read two sections of the recipe to save time
