Chloe looks in total control... steady progess.. he seems to know about cooking this dish

Jes is a whirlwind ... hilarious to watch.. her coriander chutney is a bit watery

sarah feels she is catching up she takes a coal from the grill and puts it into the butter to add a smoky flavour. Chef approves

jess does the same thing....but she panics

this is looking good and I am getting hungry.. wonder if hub will know if I have some toast while I wait for dinner... hmmmmm

gary looks for faults and can find now, The four of them absolutely love it and the chef feels that she can cook it like he can

Ashley picks fish a nd vegies and pistachio.... he is so calm,, he says he must balance the flavours and the dish will be great.

5 min call..kristin warns him not to overcook fish listen he says as the timer goes off.. still not quite there...
he begins to plate using an abalone shell for theatre... he wants th e judges to think of beautifully cooked fish in harmony with everything,,, mmm it looks nice
