I love pate but I hate watching it being made
the guests arrive.... they have them walking accross dirt roads.. making it seem like they are at t he back of bourke pansies talk about road kill and hope it doesnt end up on their plate!

a lot of high expectations.... restaurant meets with approval twits says they havent been exposed to much culture.. boy look who is talking

pains say most like tartare.. or pate.. no.. they are surprised at the nays

Pete asks Josh waht happens f livers are overcooked after Andy went on a nd on... he said yes andy just said three times grain and chalky... so she repeats it oh so slowly like he does to others!! the table laughs

they explain the jelly .. they want it to be eaten not peeled off
the whole tables looks awry at mini beef wellingtons..

pains.. are talking abut eating guinea pigs on a stick.... it is a delicacy...... omg...
twits call them savages in clothes/ they try and compare it to kangaroo.... that is in your coat of arms... shudder I will never eat roo, what about alvin and the chipmunks........ shudder

the wellington,, instead of pate are going to be wrapped in a mushroom paste.......omg.........

now the pains talk about their ideal gf............ um...... ibby baically wants a supermodel but doesnt have to be a size eight .. um noughties version of barbie.. oh and wants kids and has a career..... people look aghast and even agree with the twits

entre is coming along nicely in the kitchen.... they are delighted..

Pete says we know how much you want to win.. but this does not do it for me pate is overcooked and metallic... very unpleasant. bread is nice but not right texture

manu comes in to help... clearly the mini wellingtons wont work
he talks about the rules.. food is cooked a certain way because it is the way it works

what you are doing will not work
they decide to go with what manu said....
so they will use the pastry cos it is a wellington
they will cook the steaks separately on the bbq

she is making a jus.. it is bitter.. now what? it cannot be served as it is.. perhaps some sugar....

the mushroom paste gross..... so add the jus to the paste and see what happens...

guests attack blake what is under that hat and he wont tell them.... he is hatfishing... he looks younger with the cap.. \\

the jus is a disaster they coat t he steak with mustard... he say nothing at t he amount....... seriously it doesnt look a bad dish.. the asparagus looks nice

Pete is very kind.. it is more than food... it is also about the story.... what would people at home say watching this...
steak was lovely mustard too strong.. sauce a bit watery and asparagus underseasoned
Manu said w e have had worse.... steak was good

Pansies say not good quality

so making the cake and the silly looking smoked cream..mmm using rae pear, I always used canned... oh god hide that from frocky!! theirs is a tart too

the guests are really hoping they do well twits have no confidence pansies either..

so cakes are okay... as long as they slip out of cases.. good they do. oh no the cream has gone runny...... they shake it a bit and it works..

Pete liked the crunch on the outside... no smoke in the cream .. een the syphon didnt quite work
