I'm alive Misty. Last week I had a bad cold. Slowly getting over it. I've been reading your blog. Seems to be a fun season so far.

Yeah, the winter colds (the season I'm in) are bad. Around here it's been hard.

so the girls are off to do the main.. I fear for that steak... the pan doesnt look that hot.... and I think 3 in that size pan is pushing it ( yep, I can cook steak)

they are wasting so much time on quinoa salad which is nice... but with a steak... and gremolata. give me a nice fresh salad any day or a nice plate of veggies.. lots of sour cream

Caro is freaked out by the tzakiki... why would you have that. M said it looks like a family picnic where you pile yor plate full of food

oh no those steaks ae way too thin.. and if t hat is medium rare...... and seriously there is no colour on the steak

Manu asks bianca what she does eat.... she says she can cook it whether or not she can eat it.... he said you should make the effort to learn to like it Bianca is unimpressed

when the girls cut t he steak... omg can you say well done.... and the fat is totally unrendered.

Poor Trav... I have been lucky enough to work at home so have rested up and drank a lot of soup.... could have been a lot worse

chaos in the kitchen.... seriously the dish looks dreadful... I certainly wouldnt want to eat it ( hub often laughs and says I could care less what food looks like, especially when I am hungry)

onto dessert things go well in the kitchen this time... one pear is a bit battered but they fix it.... dessert is served
