now the advantage is
Advantage - 5 extra points and $5000 cash added to their reno budget. But they need to choose 1 room in their zone to reveal early.

Room judged by home owners. They have to choose another team to fight it out with & have a room ready early. Either team can win the 5 points... very new rules and very interesting

this is a ghastly monstrosity of a house.... only their kid Caspers room has been renovated. The house is not safe for young kids apparently but they love the area and w ant to have a nice home and they want t heir house to be the party house

the teams wander through horrorfied at the state it is in and the work required.... it isnt a dump it just needs fixing. dancers like caspers room,,, I hate it myself but dancers hope the teams get the idea from his room

waussies are told of their three room pik one the one that is easiest to get ready a day early to me lounge is the way no plumbing but they go for the powder room

omg the dresing room is crammed full of clothers on hangers..... easiest way would be to enclose it, but that wont be enough.. she is talking about buttons that make it move... a conveyer belt is pretty bold

tradies are hunting for kitchens.... apprently the tradie shop thins they have it.. not so sure myself... hidden bars and drawers........ hmmmm

Kalex.... working on the kids room keep all the artwork and stuff... they have a child same age so they get it

waussies are trying to be organised they dont want to keep coming back... they disagree on the tiles already..... I think they picked the wrong one al black instead of one with blue and black... and then when they get back and talk to the building supervisor no way will this work

oh god the poor buggers have to build the tent as well and have no idea

smuglies looking at plans.... they hope no wainsoting too hampdens and of course Landy are in love with it.. they talk to tradies ..they share a wall and want continuity.. but tradies are not keen... they dont like it and dont think smuglies will eithers..... Landy are quite disappointed

she goes bak to the rotating wardrobe.. she is so excited by it.. I have heard of worse ideas

so what does the building supervisor think... not sure it can be done,,,,, cant leave it as plaster will need a hard backing... so disappointed.... sup said it is doable but it must be stronger.... sug said do you get it.. sort of but t hey dont.... so sad

surfers are uncomfy with it.... they are trying to work out who will be disadvantaged....but unhappy.... some teams think they can do it..

all right then.. Lisa has this rotating clothes rack thingy.. huge need help getting it in... fortunately people do help..... but it is not easy and gets stuck in the door... they try pulling it out and putting it in another way and this one works.. good on em

now surfers are couch hunting..... one stays home and is a bit of a pain as she is playing on her phone when her sister rings with the perfect couch... but they have to arrange delivery themselves.... home sister is most unhelpful and is not listening and gets agro when asked questions

then tradies try a nd ring Landy they get him not her and they want her but whatever number they ring they keep getting him.. they begin to lose it.. hilarious as they try and work it out

smuglies say no chandeliers anyway a nd yes Landy want them...reminds her of beauty and the Beast

the wardrobe works looks fab
girls happy with tiles

lalex think that since there is a wardrobe room for her they will make a wardrobe just for him... this could be a big mistake

surfers a bit worried about the wardrobe... then they get a call the couch cannot be delivered because a forklift went through it.. oh no... the only other one is in WA and will need to be roaded over... the floor stock is already spoken for...... they have a similar sie one in pink

oh no it is the tradies.... they are playing a joke ... they say they threw it in the bin and then surfies say we want it anyway get it out of the bin and boys start laughing.... and girls lose it and then they all twig... so the couch is on its way

then caro is talking to scarly.. something to do with gold tiles and spray painting white I dont get it Caro does and is unsure.. it could work.. what size rollers he convonces her he know what he is doing hmmm

surfies wishing for extra 24 hours.. painting.... yes you have to dust it first........ and hand painting b ricks seems dumb..... next day they look at it... tradies laugh teur heads off.. not a bad job but needs more coats seriously you do.... so much to do and then tomorrow there are another two rooms

so scarly paint the wall white and then paint the mortar gold.. then recover with white on the bricks... it only works when the light is on

landy get advice on wall paper and painting.. superviser pain this bit wallpaper this bit and it makes sense

surfies learning how to grout the featre wall.... she is terrified she will mess it up
