what on earth has ben done with the plate and he has forgotten the mousse

god it looks awful judges dont comment on the looks.. they eat it..nice taste cravat is mean to ben... just taste and only put t he good stuff on

blue looks better but I wouldnt want to eat it! gutzy praises it cravat likes it and the blue cheese was a good idea

green looks nice enough ..figs again jelly didn't make it alas honey is only in the ice cream
they eat... ice cream is a bit icy,,, the judges are not keen on the dessert you can tell

red looks like two separeate dishes.... nona stuffed up about t he honey.. didnt hear it...

the say that Hoda didnt look interested in plating... they take off the tweel wheel thingy nowhere enough honey.. to be honest three of the teams are in trouble

best dish is in the immunity challenge and that is blue team

now the worst.. green team the plate was not enough for an hours work. well the three teams would be going if it were me

so who set it Daren purchess some pastry king apparently.. he sets them the task of making a Peach Melba.. it looks very hard. Never having eaten a peach Melba I don't know if this is a twist on the original

anyway they try it and love it of course

Brendan is very smart, he sketches out what he saw on the plate so he has a better chance at replicating it.

jenny is making the sugar cage and has Darren entranced.. then she starts getting all nervous and breaks it.. he tries to calm her start again

brendan is up first no cage... oh I get it the ice cream and the cage goes on in front of them
damn it looks good gutzy goes crisp crisp as he breaks up the tween cuts the peach oh the texture
they eat it
they love it

no choc collar but t he rest is okay
how is the tweel not as crispy and no one is going on about texture
gutzy loves the cage and the peach the others feel the peach is a bit flat

next is Jenny
it looks pretty good smells great t hey say and the choc collar improvisation worked well.
it seems to eat well.. the ce cream is amazing cravat keep eating it from the serving bowl
